Rare opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer (3+PAE) to move in-house and join a Global Automotive Manufacturer.

The Opportunity

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a lawyer, with at least 3 years PAE. and demonstrated expertise in Australian Consumer Law, compliance and risk management, and customer claims and dispute resolution, to move in house and work for a well-known, global automotive manufacturer. Any experience in franchising law would also be looked upon favourably. Our client, Mazda Australia, embodies innovation and excellence. You will work as part of the National Customer Support Department, providing strategic advice, and overseeing the resolution of claims, including disputes and
tribunal matters.

You will also be responsible for educating staff on legal implications associated with business activities, ensuring informed decision-making.

The Ideal Candidate
