THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for Corporate Lawyer to join one of the world’s largest global investment companies providing strategic legal and commercial input into all aspects of the business activities and deliver pragmatic advice on legal and compliance matters.

Our client is focused on appointing a Corporate Lawyer with experience in general corporate and commercial, with any experience with company secretarial and governance matters a plus although not essential.

The legal team is based in Melbourne and has 16 outstanding people who collaborate with each other to foster a learning and development culture.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 4+ years’ experience as Corporate/ Commercial Lawyer in well regarded law firm; and
• Any experience with company secretarial or corporate governance matters will be well regarded, however not essential.
