The Opportunity

Our client is one of Australia’s leading class action law firms and they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the firms HR function.

The successful candidate will be a part of a professional and well respected Executive Leadership Team and provide: 

  • Commercial advice to the firm on all HR related issues (i.e Workforce Planning, Talent Management & Development, Recruitment, Performance Management, Remuneration & Benefits; Promoting Values & Culture);
  • Contribute to the future direction and growth of the firm;
  • Position the firm as an ‘Employer of Choice’ and an organisation that provides a happy, engaging and high performing culture; and
  • Understand strategy and business operations and develop HR initiatives that drive ongoing improvement and create a competitive advantage for the firm.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An experienced HR Manager from within a law firm or professional services environment or an experienced HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their career.

* This role will commence on a part-time basis 3 – 4 days per week.
