It is critical that you focus on your natural strengths. Do not spend your entire career trying to fix your weaknesses, you will not succeed if you try and do that.
To succeed, you need to work out what your natural strengths are. These aren’t strengths that you would have gained at school, these are strengths that are natural to you, as an individual, and there are ways to find out what those natural strengths are, there are tests that you can do.
I would also recommend that you speak to people that you know, that you trust, and ask them what they see as being your natural strengths, things that just come naturally to you, that you are just good at.
Once you know those, make a list of them and then look at the types of positions that will capitalise on those natural strengths.
