This month we have seen the demand for front-end construction lawyers spike across private practice and in-house as a result of increased public and private investment in large infrastructure projects while the demand for insurance, corporate/commercial, employment, planning and family lawyers remains steady.
We have finally seen the demand for property lawyers subside a little this month, although there still remains significant talent shortages in this area of law particularly at the Associate to Senior Associate levels.
